We start with a Brand Excavation Workshop to uncover what makes you you, followed by research, competitor analysis and up to two creative directions. From that comes a fully built-out brand identity kit, with all the parts you need to showcase your cause.
This package is for organisations starting from scratch, or who need a fresh brand identity redesign.

This package works especially well for organisations with an existing identity ready to be reimagined from the ground up.

1: Discover
Before anything is made, everything is understood. We start by digging into who you are, what you do, and why it matters — your purpose, your audience, your ambitions and more. This is where the real work begins, and it's the foundation everything else is built on.
What this looks like: a 1-hour discovery call, or for larger projects, a Brand Excavation Workshop that goes deeper into the visual and strategic DNA of your organisation.
2: Distill
Everything gathered in Discover gets filtered, examined and shaped into something actionable. Themes emerge. A creative direction begins to form. We look at your competitors, your context, and the visual landscape of your sector – not to follow it, but to understand where you stand out.
What this looks like: for larger projects research and competitor analysis, and up to two proposed creative directions presented for your feedback.
3: Design
With a creative direction signed off, this is where it gets brought to life. This stage takes time and care – nothing is done arbitrarily or based on what’s trending at the moment. Everything is created with intention and is rooted in what makes your cause unique.
What this looks like: the full build of your brand identity, including two rounds of refinements until signed-off
4: Deliver
Everything is finalised, exported and handed over: ready to use, and built to last. For larger projects this includes roll-out support, print production management, in-house training – the kind of handover that means you actually feel confident using what's been made.
What this looks like: final files, brand guidelines, and depending on your package, roll-out management and a support day.
